The HR Benefits Office and Workplace Health and Wellness will be sponsoring Flu Shot Clinics at UCR. This exclusive offer is free for UCR Faculty, Staff, Emeriti & Retirees and provides convenient access with multiple locations on campus.

Registration

To register to attend either of the flu shot clinics and receive a free flu shot:

• You must fill out a Inactivated Vaccine Universal Consent Form 2021 - Spanish version.
  • Please be sure to print and bring the completed consent form to the flu shot clinic for an expedited experience.
• Supplies are limited - register at the Flu Shot Clinic registration website.
• While you are strongly encouraged to register to guarantee a flu shot, walk-ins are welcome.
